What is Sprout Apple Salad?

Sprout Apple Salad is full of protein and a very healthier salad from all salad. It has fruits and vegetables together there, and full of spices it is like a chaat as well. Sprout apple salad is spicy, a little sweet, and full of proteins. When I made this first time I really loved it then I think to share this recipe with you all so here I am with a unique and healthy salad recipe.

It helps you to reduce your weight because it has only vegetables and fruits and some spices. If you want to lose some weight then you should try it twice a day and it is also very tasty you will love it. When you want to eat some spicy but you are diet conscious so you can eat this salad to satisfy for cravings.

Sprout Apple Salad

Sprout apple salad is very easy to make you can make it in just a few minutes. Only you have to soak the sprouts overnight or 6-7 hours.

You may also like our healthy spinach whole wheat naan with Rajma Masala. These naans are very yummy and delicious for your every time meal.

For this recipe, all you need is some vegetables and some fruits or spices. You can use your favorite veggies or fruits for this salad.

Apple is the king of this salad. Apples are nutritious, it helps to lose weight, be good for your heart, lower risk of diabetes, it helps in preventing cancer.

  • 1/2 cup Soaked Sprout
  • 1 Apple (Chopped)
  • 1/2 TSP Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4th tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • 1 Cucumber (Chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil


  • Soak the sprout overnight.
  • In a bowl add sprout, apple, tomato, cucumber, Green chili, mix all together.
  • Add salt to taste, red chili powder, olive oil, garam masala powder, and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now add lemon juice and mix it. Garnish it with some coriander leaves.
