Aloo Pakodi Recipe
- 6 Small size Potato
- 2 Sliced Onion (optional)
- 2 Green Chili (optional)
- 4 tbsp Chickpea flour
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 4 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala (optional)
- Oil for frying
- Wash the potatoes well and don't peel the potatoes just cut them into half slices.
- Take a bowl and pour some potato slices and add sliced onion, chickpeas flour, salt, red chili powder, green chili, garam masala, and some water and mix it.
- Now pour one by one small mixture into the oil and deep fry it until it crisps.
- Take out on the tissue paper and serve it hot.
- Serve it hot with green coriander chutney, tomato ketchup, and a cup of tea.
