  • 6 Small size Potato
  • 2 Sliced Onion (optional)
  • 2 Green Chili (optional)
  • 4 tbsp Chickpea flour
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 4 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala (optional)
  • Oil for frying


  • Wash the potatoes well and don't peel the potatoes just cut them into half slices.
  • Take a bowl and pour some potato slices and add sliced onion, chickpeas flour, salt, red chili powder, green chili, garam masala, and some water and mix it.
  • Now pour one by one small mixture into the oil and deep fry it until it crisps.
  • Take out on the tissue paper and serve it hot.
  • Serve it hot with green coriander chutney, tomato ketchup, and a cup of tea.
